Welcome to Call Us First, a unique service from the City of Wolverhampton Council supporting its ambitious plans for the growth of the housing market and to have better homes for all.
The Call Us First service has partly emerged from the ‘Rent with Confidence’ scheme and has been realigned to respond to our city priorities. The housing landscape continues to be shaped by a range of local and national drivers which impacted in developing our approach to providing this unique service in Wolverhampton.
The Call Us First service is a result of collaborative work with key partners and stakeholders, including private landlords and tenants. Call Us First is a unique service in the city because it is free and impartial, available to all tenures in the housing sector.
