Wolverhampton is an ambitious city and we have a shared vision that speaks to all who live, work, study, invest and visit here. We are a diverse city committed to the values of equality, fairness and inclusivity. We celebrate that. Our belief in the city, its people and businesses are at the centre of what we do.

Threat of losing your home and homelessness can have a devastating impact on our residents, disrupting lives, uprooting families, and causing lasting trauma.

Good quality housing is fundamental to Wolverhampton’s identity and the wellbeing of its residents. Access to a secure, suitable home is essential for health, stability, and opportunity. Our Call Us First service will play a key role in delivering a more locally focused and proactive approach, working with owner-occupiers, landlords, and tenants to improve property standards and management practices towards providing safe, secure and sustainable homes and tenancies.

The Call Us First service is an inclusive, preventative and targeted approach providing support and early intervention to private tenants, landlords and owner occupiers to reduce the likelihood of homelessness, keeping people in their own homes.

The Call Us First service is a free, impartial and no obligation advice service to residents in Wolverhampton.
