- An overview of the Graiseley Low Carbon Energy Accelerator Pilot (LEAP), a pioneering initiative funded by the West Midlands Combined Authority to reduce carbon emissions, improve energy efficiency, and enhance public health in Wolverhampton. Learn how this project could impact landlords and tenants in the area.
- Update from NRLA (National Residential Landlords Association) – Alana Davies Regional Engagement Executive 6.25 – 7.30pm
- Update on the Renters’ Rights Bill (Decent Homes Standards, Awaab’s Law and MEE’s).
- Q & A / Closing Remarks / Networking 7.30 – 8.00pm

The forum provides an effective arena to exchange news, views and experiences with other landlords and are a good way of updating landlords and agents on current changes in legislation and council-led initiatives.
