Landlord Forum Meeting - Thursday 27th February 2025
The next Landlord Forum Meeting has now been arranged giving you an opportunity to meet with partners and other landlords and agents from across Wolverhampton City. A lot has happened since our last Forum, so we have a lot to catch up on and important updates to share. The forum provides an effective arena to exchange news, views and experiences with other landlords and are a good way of updating landlords and agents on current changes in legislation and council-led initiatives. Wolverhampton Landlords Forum members have requested any update on information about what the Renters' Rights Bill means for the PRS.
The agenda will follow as soon as the Guest speakers have confirmed. We have invited the National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA) to update on any recent Private Rented Sector Legislation changes, Guest speakers from West Midlands Fire Services, Wolverhampton Council Fuel Poverty & Energy Efficiency initiatives and an update from the Call Us First team.
